Crail Harbour
Crail is the most easterly village of the East Neuk of Fife, and its harbour is one of the most photographed in Scotland. Small boats still land crab and lobster here, beneath the crow-stepped gables and red pantiled roofs the East Neuk is known for.

Most of my work is within a couple of hours of Stirling, but the camera goes wherever the car does. This gallery is for everywhere that does not belong to the others, and it grows as I get around.
Crail and the East Neuk of Fife
The East Neuk is the corner of Fife that juts into the North Sea: a string of old fishing villages, Elie, St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther and Crail, along the north shore of the Firth of Forth. Crail is the furthest east, one of the oldest royal burghs in Scotland, and its small stone harbour sits below a cluster of crow-stepped and pantiled houses.
The Fife Coastal Path runs through all of them, and from Stirling the East Neuk is about an hour and a half by car.
Where I cover
All of Scotland. Bannockburn is close to the middle of the country, so Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and Fife are within about an hour, and the Highlands, Argyll and the Borders are a day out. See drone photography services for commissioned work.
