Buying a print

Everything in the shop is printed, mounted or framed to order by Francis, and posted by him. This page says when it will reach you, what postage costs, and what to do if something is wrong or you change your mind.

When your order is sent
Because each print is made after you order it, it is not sent the same day.
- Greeting cards, mounted prints and the calendar are usually posted within 5 working days.
- Framed prints are usually posted within 10 working days.
If anything will take longer, Francis will email you to say so. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of paying, and we have not agreed a later date with you, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Postage
We deliver to addresses in the UK only. Postage is charged once per order, at the rate of the largest item in it, so adding cards to a calendar does not add more postage.

Framed prints can also be collected from Bannockburn at no charge. Choose collection at checkout and Francis will email you to arrange a time.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Prints and frames are packed carefully, but parcels do sometimes get knocked about. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email Francis with your order details and a photograph as soon as you can. He will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the postage, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay to send anything back.
This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which include the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
If you change your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do that:
- Tell Francis by email or phone within those 14 days. A short message with your name and what you ordered is enough.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling him, in the condition you received it, well packed. The cost of returning it is yours.
You will be refunded the price of the item and the postage you paid to receive it (up to the standard postage charge), within 14 days of the item coming back or of you showing proof that you have posted it, whichever is sooner. If an item has been damaged or used beyond what is needed to look at it, the refund can be reduced to reflect that.
If you cancel before your order has been sent, you get a full refund straight away.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. They usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
