Drone photography & film

Drone footage and aerial photography, anywhere in Scotland.

CAA registered, £5m insured, and delivered ready to use. Stills and 4K video for property, tourism, construction, events and editorial work.

What you actually get.

A drone is only half of it. The other half is knowing where to put it, what light to wait for, and what the finished picture has to do for you.

I have been photographing Scotland for years, in film, digital and now from the air. That work has been in The Scots Magazine and published by Scottish Canals. The same eye goes on a commercial job.

  • Edited stills delivered within a week, in web and print sizes
  • 4K video and a short edited film if you want one
  • Full commercial licence to use the images however you like
  • Flight planning, airspace checks and permissions handled
  • CAA operator registration and £5m public liability, on file
  • Panoramic and multi-frame stitching where the subject needs it

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Tell me what you need

A phone call or an email. What the subject is, where it is, and what you want the pictures for.

  2. 02

    You get a written quote

A fixed price, not a day rate that creeps. If the job does not suit a drone I will say so.

  3. 03

I do the checks and fly

Airspace, landowner permission, weather window. I wait for the light rather than turning up and taking what is there.

  4. 04

    Edited files, within a week

Delivered by download in the sizes you need, licensed for you to use however you want.

Property, construction, tourism, events, or a stretch of Scotland. Send the location and roughly when, and I will come back with a written price.

Rough location and timescale is plenty to start with.
